As an HR Operations Specialist at PERSOL Bali, you'll be at the heart of our HR function, working closely with our HR team and leadership to streamline HR processes, manage employee data, and support our recruitment efforts. This role offers a unique blend of HR operations expertise and the chance to work in one of Indonesia's most beautiful locations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain employee records using our HRIS system (BambooHR)
Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees
Support the HR team in recruitment activities, including coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate databases
Process payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations
Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues in a timely manner
Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR reports and analytics
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and data security for all HR information

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role
Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and payroll processing
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with BambooHR would be a plus
Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required
