📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management, using tools like SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
• Lead HR policy development and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and initiatives to improve workplace satisfaction.
• Collaborate with senior management to address HR challenges and opportunities, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace by promoting equality and fairness in all HR practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving HR strategy and business outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certifications in HR management, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, are a plus.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Proficient in using HR software and tools, including SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
