📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design appropriate programs.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to ensure they can apply what they've learned.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate into training programs.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees by conducting training and interviews.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methods and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management software is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
