ION Sejahtera is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tax Officer to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex tax matters, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing strategic tax planning advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax law and a deep understanding of the Indonesian tax system.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.,Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns for the company, including corporate income tax, VAT, and other relevant taxes.,Conduct tax audits and investigations, and prepare responses to tax authorities.,Provide tax planning advice to senior management and other departments to optimize tax efficiency.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure the company's tax practices are current and compliant.,Maintain detailed records of all tax-related transactions and activities.,Assist in the preparation of tax-related reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.,Provide training and support to junior tax staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and tax planning, preferably in a multinational or large corporation.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Experience with tax software and systems is a plus.
