Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the hospital's billing and financial processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial transactions and record-keeping.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize billing systems and processes.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of billing and financial staff.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior executive role in a healthcare billing or financial department.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare billing and financial systems and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with hospital management information systems (HMIS) is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
