📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities,Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients,Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients,Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Majoo's products and services

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B or MSME sector,Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and MSME landscape,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using sales tools and CRM software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus,Valid SIM (Driver's License) and SIM (KTP) are required
