📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to identify the best candidates.,Conduct job interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role expectations.,Coordinate with internal teams to streamline the hiring process and ensure timely onboarding.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
