📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Prepare and analyze test samples, including blood, urine, and other specimens.
  • Record and document test results and maintain laboratory records.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new laboratory protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the laboratory team to ensure quality control and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Provide technical support to other team members as needed.
  • Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Lab Technician or in a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in test results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) is a plus.
  • Valid certifications in laboratory techniques and safety are a plus.
