Smart Shine Berjaya is seeking a talented Internal Audit professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing and a keen eye for detail. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address them.,Assisting in the implementation of corrective actions and monitoring their effectiveness.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Staying updated with industry standards and best practices in internal auditing.,Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in internal auditing.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and internal control frameworks.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
