📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries accurately and efficiently.,Maintain and update guest records and information.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.,Handle front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Ensure the reception area is clean and organized at all times.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian both spoken and written.,Professional and polite demeanor.
