📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and presented according to company standards and regulations.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, complying with all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu development and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.,Proficiency in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
