Data Root Mandiri is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Lab Technician to join our team in Cilegon. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our laboratory, ensuring that all tests are conducted accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory techniques and a proven track record of leading a team to achieve high-quality results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring that all tests are conducted accurately and efficiently.,Lead and mentor a team of laboratory technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality results.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory tests and quality control measures.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including ISO, GLP, and GMP.,Conduct regular quality assurance and quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring that it is in good working condition.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that laboratory services meet the needs of the organization.,Provide technical support and training to other staff members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Biology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a strong background in laboratory techniques.,Proven track record of leading a team to achieve high-quality results.,Strong knowledge of laboratory regulations and standards, including ISO, GLP, and GMP.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Familiarity with laboratory equipment and software is a plus.
