As a Lead Cashier, you will be responsible for managing the cashiering operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the daily cashiering operations, including opening and closing the cash register.,Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth checkout process.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Train and supervise junior cashiers to ensure high standards of service and accuracy.,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor cash levels and report any discrepancies to the management.,Assist in inventory management by counting and verifying stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in a retail or service environment.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and security.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using basic computer software for record-keeping and reporting.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in customer service or retail management are a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
