The Lead Cashier will be responsible for managing the cashier team, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of cashiers to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.,Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Monitor cash handling and inventory levels to prevent shortages or excesses.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to junior staff members.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports on cashier operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role.,Proven experience in managing a team of cashiers.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using cash register systems and point-of-sale software.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and local market trends is a plus.,Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
