📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounting function, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Provide financial analysis and advice to support business decision-making.,Lead and mentor a team of accountants and financial analysts.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,At least 5 years of experience in accounting, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of success in managing accounting functions and teams.
