📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the team, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
  • Monitoring the performance of team members and providing constructive feedback.
  • Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
  • Developing and implementing company policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Managing budgets and ensuring that resources are used efficiently.
  • Attending and participating in team meetings and company events.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel for business purposes.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
