📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Preparing and presenting audit reports and recommendations to senior management.,Identifying and assessing risks and opportunities in the organization.,Developing and implementing audit plans and procedures.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulations.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal controls and compliance matters.,Monitoring and evaluating the performance of internal controls and compliance programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
