📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and confirm guest reservations using our in-house reservation system.
• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and at home.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with table setups and ensure the dining area is clean and presentable.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the guest relations area.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
• Enthusiasm for food and hospitality, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
