Assist with the daily operations of the company, including tasks such as organizing files, managing schedules, and coordinating with other departments.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including offices, meeting rooms, and common areas.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.,Assist with the preparation and serving of meals, as needed, to ensure that our clients and employees are well-fed and satisfied.,Coordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure that all cleaning and maintenance tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.,Assist with the organization and management of company events, including setting up and breaking down equipment, and providing support to event staff.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of your role, including dealing with sensitive information and client matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or office environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse range of people.,Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with office equipment, software, and tools is a plus.,Ability to lift and move objects up to 20 pounds, as needed.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
