📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Manage and mentor a team of employees to achieve individual and collective goals.,Maintain strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service.,Monitor branch finances and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Collaborate with the corporate office to implement company-wide initiatives and strategies.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.,Ensure the branch meets all health and safety standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successful sales performance and team management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with financial management and reporting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
