📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Assist in managing inventory and ensuring optimal stock levels.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Assist in training and mentoring junior sales staff.,Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.,Participate in sales promotions and events to drive customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail sales software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
