📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily production activities and ensure adherence to production schedules.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and logistics, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Implement and monitor production performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain production plans, including material requirements, resource allocation, and quality control procedures.
• Conduct regular production meetings and provide status updates to the Production Manager and senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards, including ISO 9001 and other relevant certifications.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address production bottlenecks and quality issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in production planning and scheduling software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other relevant industry certifications is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
