    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in workforce strategy and management.
  • Proven track record of successful workforce initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
