Diamond Shop Group is looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our team in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the sales team in achieving their targets and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in achieving their targets by providing exceptional customer service,Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions,Assist in the organization and management of the sales floor, including stocking and merchandising,Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and other administrative tasks,Promote our products and services to potential customers,Assist in the organization of sales events and promotions,Provide feedback to the sales team on customer interactions and sales performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office,Friendly and outgoing personality,Ability to work well in a team environment
