VERTEX Abadi is seeking a talented Fleet Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring efficient and safe operations. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

As a Fleet Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our fleet's performance and safety standards. You will be responsible for scheduling maintenance, managing fuel and vehicle expenses, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
  • Schedule and oversee vehicle maintenance, including servicing, repairs, and inspections.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and manage fuel expenses, ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Track and manage vehicle expenses, including insurance, taxes, and depreciation.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards.
  • Provide regular reports on fleet performance, maintenance, and expenses.
  • Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth fleet operations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, repair, and safety standards.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with fleet management software and GPS tracking systems is a plus.
