📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Evaluate supplier performance and make recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement.,Prepare and analyze purchase reports to track spending and identify cost-saving opportunities.,Participate in budget planning and forecasting activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing strategies to support business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
