📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the Asphalt Mixing Plant (AMP), ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.
• Monitor and maintain the plant's equipment and machinery, performing regular checks and repairs as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, conducting regular safety inspections and training for the team.
• Manage inventory and procurement of raw materials, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing.
• Optimize production schedules and processes to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor the plant team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure the AMP supports project timelines and specifications.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure the asphalt mix meets industry standards and project requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant management, particularly in the asphalt mixing industry.
• Certification in Plant Management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing teams and leading projects in fast-paced industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of plant operations, maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
