📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide high-quality manicure and pedicure services, including nail shaping, polishing, and nail art.
• Perform eyelash extensions using techniques like classic, volume, or hybrid, ensuring client satisfaction and safety.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable services.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques in manicure and eyelash extensions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following salon hygiene and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the salon team to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Assist in training new team members on manicure and eyelash extension techniques.
• Manage your own schedule, ensuring you meet client appointments and salon operational requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in manicure/pedicure services or eyelash extensions.
• Certification in manicure/pedicure or eyelash extensions (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of nail care, hygiene, and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with salon management software like QuickBooks or SalonSoft (an advantage).

• Proficient in using tools such as nail drills, buffers, and eyelash curlers.
