📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the internal audit team, ensuring the timely completion of audit assignments.,Conduct audits of financial statements, internal controls, and operational processes to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.,Prepare and present audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Develop and implement audit plans and procedures to ensure the effectiveness of internal controls.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the internal audit function, providing regular reports to management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the integration of audit findings into business processes and strategies.,Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in internal auditing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with a proven track record in leading audit teams.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA, or equivalent) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with senior management and other stakeholders.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
