📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Analyze client needs and develop strategies to meet and exceed their expectations.,Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.,Monitor client performance and provide feedback to improve service quality.,Organize and attend client meetings to discuss business needs and opportunities.,Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to inform business strategies.,Provide regular reports on client interactions and business performance.,Build and maintain a network of contacts within the client's organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or distribution industry.,Proven track record of developing and maintaining key client relationships.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
