In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients, conducting physical examinations, and ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests. You will also be involved in developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing ongoing medical advice and support to patients and their families. With your expertise and dedication, you will help to ensure that our patients receive the highest standard of care.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Providing comprehensive medical care to patients, including conducting physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing and implementing treatment plans.
• Diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular diseases.
• Providing ongoing medical advice and support to patients and their families.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses, pharmacists, and allied health professionals, to ensure that patients receive coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Participating in medical education and training programs for medical students and residents.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in internal medicine.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of clinical protocols and guidelines.
• Providing leadership and mentorship to junior medical staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine from an accredited university.
• Specialization in Internal Medicine (Sp.PD) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal medicine.
• Valid medical license and certification from the Indonesian Medical Council.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, such as SIMRS or SIRS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
