(Hybrid) Restaurant Manager

Klinik Lestari Dental Clinic is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our in-house restaurant. As a hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing both the physical restaurant and the online ordering system, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our patients and visitors.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and food cost management.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract more customers.
• Oversee the online ordering system, ensuring seamless integration with the physical restaurant.
• Train and develop restaurant staff to maintain high levels of service and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the clinic management to ensure a cohesive and integrated patient experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with online ordering systems and e-commerce platforms.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
