As a Car Rental Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing our online and offline sales channels. You will use our booking system, such as Expedia and Booking.com, to handle reservations and ensure that our inventory is always up-to-date. You will also be responsible for maintaining our fleet and ensuring that our vehicles are in top condition. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage online and offline sales channels, including Expedia and Booking.com.
• Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and cancellations efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain and update our vehicle inventory to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance our sales strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales plans and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the tourism or transportation industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Proficient in using booking systems such as Expedia and Booking.com.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
