📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting regular market visits to retailers to promote and sell Indofood products.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with local retailers and distributors.
• Ensuring that products are displayed and marketed effectively in retail outlets.
• Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to the sales team.
• Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns.
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing any issues or concerns raised by retailers.
• Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in retail sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
